1. Age Proof
2. Proof of Residence.
3. Affidavit to the effect of being unmarried unrelated and declaration of age.
4. Three stamp size Photographs

• Male should be above 21 years and female should be above 18 years of age.
• Both should be unmarried for fresh marriages.
• Both should be unrelated.
• Three Witnesses to be present at the time of solemnization fo marriage.
