Ross & Smith Island

Ross & Smith Island is located about 25 minutes by ferry from Aerial Bay. It is commonly referred to as Twin Islands, they are actually a single island separated by a sand bar which makes it appear like two separate islands. Permission is needed from the Forest Department to enter these islands. The permission can be obtained from the Range Office, Aerial Bay Jetty.
