The Amkunj beach is located at the Nimbutala village at a distance of 8 km from Rangat. The beach is equally beautiful and scenic just like any other beach in Andaman. There are many eco-friendly sofa-like sit-outs, some eco huts for providing shade, and small round tables erected by the beachside which makes it a good place to sit and unwind on a bright sunny day. One can opt to swim here and soak in the warm sun for a lot of Vitamin D and much more peace of mind.

The Veer Savarkar Airport, an International Airport is located in the capital town of Port Blair, the gateway to Andaman and Nicobar Islands. Port Blair, is connected with Chennai, Kolkata and New Delhi by air. Air India, Jet Airways, Jet lite, Go Air & Spice Jet Airlines operate regular flights.
